“SGHC Group” means, Super Group (SGHC) Limited, having its registered office at Kingsway House, Haviland St, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2QE, together with any other member of the SGHC group of companies ("SGHC Group"). This privacy notice ("Privacy Notice") sets out how SGHC Group, including Win Technologies (UK) Limited, and its affiliate entities (hereinafter referred to as the 'Betway Group', 'we', 'our', or 'us') collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit or use our website (https://supergroupgraduates.com) (the “Website”).

Throughout this Privacy Notice we use the term “processing” to cover all activities involving your personal data, including collecting, handling, storing, sharing, accessing, using, transferring and disposing of the data.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time and will publish an up-to-date copy of
the Privacy Notice on our Website.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact Data (name, email address, phone number): provided voluntarily via contact or application forms.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and country (via technical cookies).
  • Behavioral Data: page visits, clicks, scroll depth, time spent on pages (via analytics cookies such as Google Analytics).
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage of the Website.

4. How We Use Your Data
We process your data to:

  • Facilitate your participation in recruitment programs
  • Match you with suitable job opportunities
  • Communicate with you about your application
  • Improve our recruitment services
  • Conduct traffic analysis and improve Website performance
  • Comply with legal obligations

We will obtain your personal data in different ways: (a) directly from you, for example when you fill out an application; (b) during the application and recruitment process, from an employment agency or background check provider.

  • Legal and regulatory obligations

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. Where we rely on our legitimate interests to process your personal data, you have the right to object.
5. International Data Transfers
SGHC Group and Betway Group will share your data with carefully selected third parties who provide services essential to our business. For example, your data may be shared with our third-party processors, used by the HR department to provide recruitment and onboarding support services, including providers located in the UAE and South Africa.

Additionally, if you are asked to complete a third-party assessment, certain details need to be shared.

We may also share your personal data with other companies within the Group, for the purposes of offering you open roles within the group, in the context of a business reorganisation or group restructuring exercise, or for our regular reporting activities.

In certain cases, SGHC Group and Betway Group may be required to disclose some of your data to government authorities, such as the Office of National Statistics (ONS), tax authorities, law enforcement, or our regulators, to comply with our legal obligations.

The personal data we collect from you is normally processed by our London office. However, at times your personal data may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), such as UAE and South Africa. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA, who work for us, or for one of our processors. Such staffmay be engaged in, among other things, HR support services such as payroll or benefits. In these cases, we ensure that appropriate contractual and security controls are in place to govern these transfers.

Third parties will only process your personal data on our instructions and have a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know about it.
6. Your Rights
You have a number of rights with regard to your personal data.

  • Be informed: We need to let you know what we do with your personal data via a privacy notice or when you ask us.
  • Access: You have a right to request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: You may amend any incorrect data we hold about you, or you can ask HR to change or correct any data that is incorrect
  • Erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary for us to use it, or you have withdrawn consent, or where we have no lawful basis for keeping it. Please be aware that we may have legal obligations to retain your personal data for a certain period after your application. Where we are required by law to keep certain information, we will be unable to delete such information.
  • Restrict processing: You can ask us to restrict the personal data we use about you where you have asked for it to be erased or where you have objected to our use of it.
  • Object: You can object to our processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation which means you want to object to processing on this basis. Please contact HR providing details of your objections.

No decision will be made about you solely on the basis of automated decision making (where a decision is taken about you using an electronic system without human involvement) which has a significant impact on you.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for a period of six (6) months, so that we can show, in the event of a legal claim, that we have not discriminated against candidates on prohibited grounds and that we have conducted the recruitment exercise in a fair and transparent way. After this period, we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with our retention schedules.
